- Upon receiving your order, an email confirmation with the total amount payable and payment details will be sent to you.
- Full payment is to be made within 24 hours after confirmation email is being sent out. Failure to do so, your order will be void without prior notice.
- Payment mode is only via fund transfer to POSB/UOB accounts.

- Upon receipt of payment, the item will be sent out within 1-3 next working days.
For the time being, we only deliver within Singapore. Please see following for mailing charges:
For normal mail:
1 item - $1.00
2 items - $1.50
3 to 5 items - $2.50
For registered mail:
Add additional $2.24 on top of normal mail.
For a limited period, we are offering free delivery based on the following terms:
- For 3 to 5 items ordered, free delivery via NORMAL mail.
- For 6 or more items ordered, free delivery via REGISTERED mail.
We encourage customers to opt for registered mail for item(s) purchased. For customers who opt for normal mail, we will not bear the responsibility of any lost item(s) during delivery.
Please take note that all sales are final. In the case of faulty or wrong item being sent to you, we will do an exchange or refund, provided the item is in a saleable condition.
For hygiene purpose, we do not do an exchange on pierced jewelry.
